Weekend With CJ

My Son CJ came over Friday night to stay over night. That was a treat! He brought over his pda that I was buying from him to give to Roger for his Bday.

I went ahead and gave it to Roger so he and CJ could play with it together and CJ can show him stuff. Roger plays with that tons!

The thought came to me that the pda just popped into my head wed. night out of nowhere... as I was trying to think of something fun to get Roger for his BDay, then realized it was inspired! Roger has been working so hard.. REALLY hard for his job (which is The Bishops Storehouse and Grainery).. and Heavenly Father was thinking of him! That is so neat to realize that. At least that's what I believe. ;0)

Anyway.. we really enjoyed having CJ here. When Blake got over here (he was at Gma's) he immediatly was looking for CJ laptop! CJ can make his pc talk and Blake loves having convo's with it! LOL We all enjoyed Pizza for dinner and then later..(probably too late..lol) we watche Fun with Dick & Jane. That is a pretty funny movie!

We took off and went to Kennewick Saturday.. it was rushed since we didn't think of it until noon! But when we got back... about 4:30 he had to gather his stuff and take off.

It was a great time even though it was a VERY short stay!

We Love You CJ!

Today was a Fun Day!

Really fun because my friend Tony stopped by unexpectedly! Blake was surprized to see Uncle Tony andhad to show him how he can climb up his bunkbed without the ladder! Of course he has been doing this all week and this one time he needed some help! LOL

Then Tony took Blake outside as he was getting ready to leave. (Tony showed up in a dump truck.. a Hermiston one. He came from La Grande to work today). Tony was carrying Blake towards the truck (that was on and rather loud) and was pretending like he was going to toss him up into the back. Blake was telling Tony he was scared, but kept on going... (he gets a bit rowdy at times) until I yelled at him that he was scaring him! Blake was about to start crying! That made Tony feel bad and was hugging and kissing Blake to make it up to him.

Then when Tony got into his truck, he let Blake go up with him. ;0) Blake thought that was so FUN! Tony let the truck inch forward, to let Blake "Drive"..and then Tony pointed up to Blake to pull on a thick white wire looking thing.. when HONK!! LOL It scared Blake but he was ALL Smiles! Then Off Tony went, back to work! That was fun to see him!

A bit later, since it was such a BEAUTIFUL day... I took Blake to the Funland Park to play. We had a great time!! He wanted me to be the Princess and he was the Prince. He wanted me to go up to the top of the playland and cry for help so he could come and save me! I'd go to one spot and start wailing for help..and he's say "No Over There!" so I'd move and start again. "No..over there!".. I'd move again! One more time and I finally made it to where he wanted me to be! LOL So cute!

After we played for a bit.. chasing each other.. Blake "Tying" me up and me getting loose, he decided he wanted to go rolling down the hill. (There is a hill that goes down to the soccer area). So we walked over to that area and Blake started rolling down the hill. He wanted me to do it too, but I told him it makes me sick! LOL I got some really cute pictures and a cute movie clip.

THEN.. we walked through the soccor field towards the butte to find some cool rocky hills to climb! Blake was Indana Jones. ;0) Wow... my legs were getting pretty sore!! Up and down..up and down! I was teaching Blake to climb.. even at the park. He would want me to help him, but I wouldn't.. I would only instruct him on what he needed to do to accomplish his goal at the time. ;0) He's a little guy and needs to learn!

We also walked over to were the public pool is and all around it! There were really neat landscaped areas with pioneer grass and cool shrubs! I told him "Look Blake! A Jungle! Go through it!!" ANd I went to the other side to be there for him..so he wouldn't be scared. He had such a fun day!

OH! As we were walking back toward the playground (an hour later!).. he kept finding neat stuff to look at. "Hey! That looks like a D!" Pointing to the painted parts of the soccor field. And then we passed a 12in divot in the ground and he said "Hey Mom.. that's an incridation!" And I looked around at what he was talking about, puzzled. Then I realized what he was talking about!! He meant an Indentation! WOW! My 4 year old has such a vocabulary! He is Always Blowing My Mind!

Well.. to end our wonderful afternoon, we were so hungry! So we drove through McDonald's for a cheeseburger and fries! We got one for daddy too, because we then drove over to where he was changing lights at a medical building! Daddy sure loved having us! We Love Him Too!
